Packaging
All orders are packed carefully in strong cardboard boxes or high-quality poly bags to ensure safe delivery.
For privacy reasons, we do not mention the product name on the outer package for certain sensitive items. This helps protect your privacy while maintaining the safety of the product.
An invoice will be included inside the package as required by courier and state regulations. The invoice will contain a general product description such as “Ready Made Garment” or “Personal Care Item.”
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days across India after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary in the following situations:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

Remote or hard-to-reach locations

Weather conditions or local restrictions
Orders placed using Credit Card or Net Banking may require additional verification before dispatch.
Currently, we deliver only within India.
Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available for all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders.

Final shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.
We always try to ship all items in one package, but sometimes products may be shipped separately depending on availability.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you want delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
If you place multiple orders within a short period, we may combine them and ship them together.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or message so you can track your delivery status.
