Orders for customized products or special collection items cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

Wrong product delivered
Product missing in the order
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the product.
After verification, the refund will be processed.

Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days after approval.

Refunds are not applicable for customized products.
